EASYCLAW ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Article 5, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689
1.SCOPE
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all deployers, operators, and end users of EasyClaw agents provided by Easylab AI. By deploying or using EasyClaw, you agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety. Violation of any provision herein may result in immediate suspension or termination of service, without prejudice to any other remedies available to Easylab AI.
2.PROHIBITED AI PRACTICES
Art. 5The following uses of EasyClaw are absolutely prohibited under all circumstances, in accordance with Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689:
2.1Manipulative and Deceptive Practices
Use of EasyClaw to deploy subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive techniques with the objective of materially distorting a person's behaviour, impairing their ability to make informed decisions, and causing them significant harm.
2.2Exploitation of Vulnerabilities
Use of EasyClaw to exploit vulnerabilities of persons due to their age, disability, or specific social or economic situation, with the objective of materially distorting their behaviour in a manner likely to cause significant harm.
2.3Social Scoring
Use of EasyClaw for the evaluation or classification of natural persons based on their social behaviour or personal characteristics, where the resulting social score leads to detrimental or unfavourable treatment of those persons in social contexts unrelated to the original data collection, or treatment that is disproportionate or unjustified.
2.4Predictive Criminal Risk Assessment
Use of EasyClaw for risk assessments of natural persons to assess or predict the risk of committing a criminal offence, based solely on profiling or on the assessment of personality traits and characteristics. This prohibition does not apply to AI systems used to support human assessment based on objective, verifiable facts directly linked to criminal activity.
2.5Facial Recognition Database Creation
Use of EasyClaw to create or expand facial recognition databases through the untargeted scraping of facial images from the internet or CCTV footage.
2.6Workplace and Education Emotion Inference
Use of EasyClaw to infer emotions of natural persons in the areas of workplace and education, except where such use is intended for medical or safety purposes.
2.7Biometric Categorisation for Protected Characteristics
Use of EasyClaw for biometric categorisation systems that categorise individually natural persons based on their biometric data to deduce or infer their race, political opinions, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, or sexual orientation.
3.HIGH-RISK USE RESTRICTIONS
Annex IIIDeployers intending to use EasyClaw for any application listed in Annex III of the AI Act must comply with the following requirements prior to deployment:
- a)Notify Easylab AI in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended deployment
- b)Conduct a fundamental rights impact assessment in accordance with Article 27
- c)Implement all deployer obligations specified in Article 26, including appropriate technical and organisational measures
- d)Register the AI system use in the EU database as required by Article 49
4.GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
In addition to the prohibitions set forth in Section 2, EasyClaw may not be used for:
- --Generating content that is illegal under the laws of Luxembourg, the European Union, or any applicable jurisdiction
- --Impersonating real persons without their explicit, informed consent
- --Circumventing, undermining, or testing the security measures of other systems or networks
- --Mass surveillance, tracking, or profiling of natural persons
- --Automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects natural persons, without meaningful human oversight
- --Any purpose that violates applicable Luxembourg, EU, or international law
5.TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS
Art. 50Deployers must:
- --Clearly and unambiguously inform natural persons when they are interacting with or receiving output from EasyClaw
- --Label AI-generated content appropriately, ensuring that recipients can distinguish such content from human-authored material
- --Maintain complete and accurate records of AI system deployment, including purpose, scope, and personnel involved
- --Ensure that AI-generated content that constitutes a deep fake is clearly labelled as artificially generated or manipulated
6.COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT
- --Easylab AI reserves the right to audit deployer compliance with this Policy at any time, with reasonable notice
- --Violations of this Policy may result in immediate suspension of service, without prejudice to Easylab AI's right to terminate the deployment agreement
- --Deployers remain fully liable for their use of EasyClaw and shall indemnify Easylab AI against claims arising from policy violations
- --Serious violations, including any use of EasyClaw for prohibited practices under Article 5, will be reported to the competent national supervisory authority
- --Easylab AI maintains technical mechanisms to detect and prevent certain prohibited uses
7.UPDATES AND AMENDMENTS
This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in applicable regulation, guidance from supervisory authorities, or changes in system capabilities. Deployers will be notified of material changes at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of EasyClaw after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
